This is a SkillBridge position - designed for Military Service members who are transitioning from the military their last 180 days in service.

Specific duties will be explained in the interview.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

  • Organize, update, and maintain lease and real estate information using internal software program
  • Review past Tenant Allowance reimbursements and update database as needed
  • Prepare packages to collect construction allowances and follow up with landlords to ensure that all payments are received
  • Generate basic reports on lease status, critical dates, financial obligations, and other key metrics
  • Collect/log required documentation for Landlord, contact information, change of ownership, and property information for all leased properties
  • Request and distribute certificates of insurance
  • Enter and update tasks in the software system as needed
  • Verify possession and opening dates with construction department and Landlord
  • Consolidate excel spreadsheets from other departments for the creation of budgets and various analysis projects
  • Assist in procuring vendors for various aspects of the construction process.
  • Scheduling and Coordination for various non-GC related inspections during the construction process.
  • Processing various forms and paperwork when requested by vendors or entities.
  • Attend meetings, update departments, and take notes during the absence of Construction Program Manager.
  • Keep track of various initiatives pertaining to construction process through contact with architects, municipalities, and vendors
  • Must have above average computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Prior database management/lease administration or commercial property accounting experience would be a plus.  The ability to understand legal terminology and interpret Lease clauses is a welcome bonus.
