Pediatric Associates is Florida’s largest privately owned primary care pediatric practice, with more than 100 locations. We are recruiting for a Pediatrician to join our office in Kissimmee, FL.This is an opportunity to join a very well run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need as you build your practice and care for your deserving panel of patients.
 
Kissimmee is 30 minutes south of Orlando and 90 minutes from Tampa. 
 
Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 8AM-5PM
  • Tuesday AM only
  • 1 Saturday per 4 weeks ( 8AM-12PM)
  • No call or rounding

Education, Licensure & Certification 

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required  
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics  
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.  
  • Current, Unrestricted Florida state specific DEA license  
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification appropriate for degree certified within five years of finishing training. 
  • Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.  
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment.
