MD Kids a member of the Pediatric Associates Family of Companies, is recruiting a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  to join our practice in Cedar Hill, TX ( South of Dallas) .This is an opportunity to join a  well run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need as you build your practice and care for your deserving panel of patients.

Education, Licensure & Certification 

Advanced Practice Provider Requirements:  

  • Requires at least one year of experience as a clinician in pediatric primary care. We are not able to take new graduates for this position. 
  • Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program  
  • Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam  
  • Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006 must be board certified.  
  • Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB  
  • Current, unrestricted license in the state of Texas 
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
