PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Clinician Compensation Analyst will provide analytical and project management support for the company’s compensation programs. This includes participation in analyzing compensation survey and market data, producing reports, ad hoc analytics experience and participating in enterprise-wide projects to support PA’s compensation strategy. The primary component of the role will allow the individual to collaborate with the Director of Clinician Compensation and allow exposure to corporate culture and training aid in future career successes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Works with confidential data regarding compensation to provide support for clinician compensation, which includes modeling and maintaining various types of compensation programs across the enterprise.
2) Assist and participate in clinician salary surveys and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.
3) Use acquired knowledge and skills to carry out and complete project activities.
4) Assist with on-demand tasks and serve on project teams as required.
5) Provide support in developing and implementing strategic initiatives surrounding clinician compensation.
6) Use computer databases, electronic spreadsheets, desktop publishing, word processing, and statistical applications to manipulate, analyze, develop, and present data.
7) Assist in the development, monitoring and production of automated calculations and reporting dashboards.
8) Provide support with calculating financial impact of new/revised compensation plans.
9) Help evaluate current processes and procedures to update and create documentation.
10) Know and follow policies and procedures of the company, share information that would benefit other members of the team and find ways to improve the delivery of service.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a business-related field.

EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum experience of 1 year in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•Ability to multitask between different projects and day-to-day activities.
•Ability to research and recommend solutions.
•Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
•Process improvement mindset and abilities
•Strong knowledge in MS Excel or similar tool for manipulating and integrating data.
•Flexibility in assuming assignments.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
•Non-patient facing
•May be either full time remote/telework or rotate working in the office and remote/telework.
•Must be MX based.
